Shot From Above is a professional photography, videography, and drone services company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We provide visual content services for families, couples, trades professionals, contractors, small businesses, and real estate clients across the Greater Toronto Area.

This is especially important for our clients. Here is exactly how we handle your images and video content:

• Your final edited photos and videos are delivered to you and stored securely for 30 days after delivery, then deleted from our working drives
• We will never share, sell, or license your photos to any third party without your written permission
• If we would like to use your photos in our portfolio, on our website, or on social media, we will always ask for your explicit permission first — you can say no and we will fully respect that
• For family sessions and couples shoots, we are especially careful about consent — we will never post photos of children without clear parental permission
• For trades and business clients, before-and-after content used for marketing will only be posted with your approval

All email communication with Shot From Above is handled through Zoho Mail, a privacy-focused business email service. Your emails are transmitted and stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

We do not use your email address to sign you up for any newsletters or marketing lists without your explicit consent. If you contact us, we will only reply to your inquiry — nothing more.
